Jessica Miller lives for and loves her profession as a fitness professional. Jessica is an avid runner and cyclist, mother of two, and self-proclaimed dog and duck lover. For more than ten years, she has worked with her clients to create a plan of fitness action, while anticipating AND overcoming the proverbial bumps in the road. While Jessica takes your goals seriously and encourages safety first, she insists on making your fitness efforts as fun as possible. Jessica founded her business, Action Potential Personal Training Studio, on the basis that every person has a different starting point when it comes to fitness level and ability.
